I shop in the Irvine store. It is clean and the customer service from the staff is always fantastic. They are helpful and always pleasant. Fun beauty events too!

Los Altos Store has Great Employees
Ivy, the facialist, rocks always! Mikel and Samantha are just two other employees who provide great customer service. They have great gifts and fun creative accessories! When the owners are there, they are not very friendly to the customers, but everyone else is great. I even get my hair done at that store.

Very Helpful & Good Selection
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and there is a good selection of all types of beauty products. There are also a lot of cute little "extras" (accessories and such) that tempt me every time I go in!

the employees are so knowledgeable and very friendly. the stylists at the belmont location are phenomenal and jen, the esthetician is fantastic. 2nd street beauty is the best beauty boutique!
