I am exceptionally happy with the service that I received from 24 Moving. They went out of their way to make me happy and were so eager to please. The moving team was great and did an excellent job loading and unloading my belongings. The move went much faster than I anticipated.

It was simply a great move, the guys were pros. and did what I asked. Took care of my items like it was their own. Thank you 24 Moving for making this day easy and bearable.

I've never used a mover before and quite frankly dreaded the thought. 24 Moving was great though. They were always friendly on the phone while setting up the appointment. They were sure to call and confirm. They were friendly during the move out and move in. They had to store my stuff overnight and there was no problem with that. When moving in, they even helped to rearrange the furniture a bit instead of just putting it down. They were careful with everything and we had no "casualties" of our stuff due to the move process.

I tried to cancel the scheduled move literally minutes after hiring them as I realized my circumstances did not fit the service, and they refused to refund my deposit ($100), falsely claiming that they "had to turn away another customer who wanted your time slot" even though I hired them literally 2 minutes before and . That, to me, already screams unprofessional ism and plain lack of consideration for the customers. F-
