HEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!! This company is a complete scam. They will quote you a cheap price and them charge you an outrageous $150 after the tech has unlocked your door. I choose to not pay and will now be seeing them in small claims court where I hope a judge will shut down their scam.

These companies are notorious for taking advantage of vulnerable people who have been locked out of their car, home or business. They falsely advertise and quote low prices for their services then when they get to your location, they change the pricing most often OVER-CHARGING CUSTOMERS BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!! To make matters worse, most of them are not even American citizens!! BEWARE!!!

On the phone, they told me $25 + laborstarting at $40. When they arrived they told me $190 for labor, even though it would be 10 minutes work. It did in fact take 10 minutes. They really had no excuse for this change and stuck with it even though I told them I would leave a bad review.

Worst locksmith ever. I had access to internet and not to the yellow pages when I got locked out of my house. I picked this company because their ad said that they would arrive within 15 minutes of making the call. They did not arrive until 2 hours later. Then, the guy only tried to pick the lock for 10 minutes, gave up and drilled it.then ask me to pay him $225.00 for the work performed. Those are a joke and should be out of business.

Bait & Switch Company.They quote really low prices over the phone, then change the pricing on site and significantly overcharge you. They are not "Real Locksmiths" as the feedback below indicates and they do not have a location as their listing indicates. They do not drive marked vehicles or wear any type of uniforms. In fact, they usually work out of un-marked passenger cars. Furthermore, If you asked one of these guys with a heavy foreign accent for a Green Card, they probably could not produce one. This is not a company that you want to do business with.

I recently had occasion to require a locksmith. I called several places to compare pricing. First I hit several locations of locksmiths that claimed to be based here, and were actually out of state! I don't even know how that's legal. Anyway, I had the pleasure of speaking with Robin, who was very informative and courteous. She provided a license number that ensured their guys had been background-checked, which was a huge comfort (I later learned this is a requirement in our state for all legal locksmiths.) After going over all my options, I chose the work I wanted done. The gentleman showed up on time, did the work competently, and cleaned up after he was done. The quote given by Robin ended up spot-on. I really felt like I was an individual customer rather than just another check in the bank. I loved them and would highly recommend them!
