best 24
This is my favorite 24 location. Although usually busy with the afterwork crowd around the time i come, there is always a machine available and the weight selection is huge. Their front desk staff is usually super friendly and accomodating (Miguel especially!) I've made all of my friends start coming to this spot instead of the other smaller more crampped locations and all are happy with the change!

Best location in the city
This is my favorite 24 hour location in the city. it's very clean and there's always great equipment available! Their front desk staff is always super friendly and talkative which is always a nice encouragement to go to the gym. I do wish they had more classes available in the morning so I could to them before work though.

Smells odd
Equipment: 15 year old Cybex's, no Fitlynxx, and they *just* got sound hookups to (some) of the machines. Attracts a greased up muscle scene that seemed pathetic. Co-ed sauna! No classes on the weekend and Friday (after a 9am class). No dance classes, one kick boxing, one boot camp, and a ton of yoga.

not worth it
after being conned into joining: whoever the sales person basically lied to me, saying that the gym would be completely renovated in a week and that they wouldnt be able to offer a deal after the exact night i was there because of the renovation and the oodles of people that would be signing up. guess what, it took about 4 months for the renovation to happen and with a lot of inconvenience for people who wanted to work out in the meantime.
im not sure about other gyms, but this place is insanely hot and stuffy. and its tiny too! they offer maybe 2 classes a day and at inconvenient times for those who actually have full time jobs. and uncaring, lazy staff that wouldnt help your grandma if she had fallen off an elliptical machine.

Great place, if you like dudes.
Big weight room, never that crowded. All dudes. The people who work there CONSTANTLY try to sell you stuff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned a little more frequently. Men everywhere you look. you know, there are still hetero men that live in this town and it would be nice to look at a female once in a while. It's like a prison yard in there sometimes.

If they offered memberships to women for 90% off, I think it would be a decent place. That and if the annyoing sales people picked up a phone to try and get new members instead of bothering the exsisting ones. Wait, I get a free water bottle if I sign up five friends? Ooooh!!
