I just moved to houston and printed out a 1 week trial pass. The first day I was able to work out without any issues. The second day the staff at the front desk would not let me work out because my drivers license was not a houston address. If I just recently moved I obviously will not have an ID with houston address on it until the new one arrives. Additionally the attitude I was treated with was rude to say the least. The equipment in the facility itself is also dated and has seen better days. I have been a member of LA Fitness for the past 2 years and was considering changing to 24hr but after this experience I think I will stick with the newer more professional facility.‎

Too pushy about buying personal trainer sessions. don't fall for the "one free session" because all they do is push you to buy over prices sessions and if you can't aford it they make you feel like trash. Equipment alway broken. Oh and the parking there. good luck. the spaces are to small, I have gotten two dings on my doors while parked there. But the Saterday Kick boxing class is awsome.
