I was a personal trainer for 24 hour fitness for over a year in another city and still a member because I love their facilities except this one! This location is like in the projects! I went to it because I was on vacation here in FL and it was the closest. The company has specific satellite radio stations that they are supposed to play but evidentially does not apply to this location. Nothing but rap and booty poppin music. The trainers were walking around texting and not even paying attention to their clients and what's more, one was not even in his uniform shirt! I didn't know 24 allowed their trainers to train in sleeveless muscle shirts. The place was filthy, weights were in completely wrong places, and the place was a mess. The problems there seem to perpetuate themselves. What amazes me the most is that the district and regional managers allow all of this to continue.‎

These people don't know what customer service is!

They're rude, and the place is a mess.

The bathrooms are unbelieveable.

Thank God they don't make you sign a contract. I dumped them before my 7-day trial was up.
