the gym is in tip top shape. most of the equipment was recently updated. however, some of the dumbbells have mismatched grips. also, this gym can get a little busy during peak hours. if you're staying at one of the hotels in this area, definitely take the time to swing by. approachable staff, friendly members, clean and well maintained bathrooms. this is a truly welcoming gym for those that feel intimidated or pressured to work out.

I go here several times a week. I am a member of this gym. The fees are reasonable and you can use the equipment unlimited. I have never used a personal trainer in here but I have seen them with other members and they seem to be very good.

I used to go here on a regular bases before I joined an all womens gym. I really liked it, they have a lot of up to date work out equipment. There are a lot of services here, call your local gym to see what they have.

I have been a member of this gym for a little over a year or so. I really enjoy it. I get great workouts here and don't have to spend a long time in here. The trainers are excellent and will help you plan a good workout in as little time as possible. It is located in a very nice part of town as well.

24 hr fitness is a fairly large gym meaning they have great exercise equipment. They don't lack on selection. The hours are the best! Noone in town can beat their hours. The personal trainers are very well trained and a big help when you need them.
