Make sure you follow up with the management after you have canceled your membership. I am from Illinois, but lived near the gym for 10 weeks over the summer. When I canceled my account they actually FROZE my account for 6 months. I started getting random charges on my credit card from 24 hour fitness 6 months later. Hard to find an honest gym in CA.‎

The staff totally sucks, but the equipment, and fellow members are great! a little pricey (but I love the hours) LOL wish they had a hoop court closer to me! ...

This is a medium sized gym, with Nautlius equipment, a pool, two locker rooms, Pro Shop, sauna, spa, steam room, child care, and numerous fitness classes. You can sign up to work with a trainer or just workout on your own. The facility is open 24-hours a day and has adequate lighting throughout. The employees are very helpful and provide assistance with machinery if needed. There are televisions throughout the building that can be listened to with headphones or you can listen to the music being played over the speakers. If it is time to get back into shape, this is a good place to start.
