I come here with my dad all the time to get dvd. i like coming here be cause they have alot of cool cartoons i can see

Since my previous review, I have been to the store and have received excellent customer service, and not only that the staff there know their movies and all were extremely curtious and helpful. They replaced my Perfect Stranger video at no cost, and seem actually concerned that I experienced a negative purchase situation . I plan to continue doing business at this establishment

First let me preface this by saying that this review dates back to the late 90s, which is the last time I used their services, so take it with that grain of salt, but the reason I never went back, despite their good selection and OK rental prices is, my movies were due back on 10a that day. I went to the store at 955a and waited at the front door with movies in hand. 5-7 minutes past scheduled opening time, a sour-faced woman rolled up and announced to everyone waiting, 'If they're not in the drop box, they're late.' I paid my late fees and that was the last dollar they ever got out of me.
