I understand it can take longer than 15 minutes and I am ok with that. They quoted me 45 minutes to an hour, and I was also ok with that. I am not at all ok with the fact that it took them THREE FULL HOURS to finish with my car, and the entire time (from the 1 hour - 3 hour mark), they kept saying, "oh it should just be about 10 more minutes." Completely unacceptable and insulting; I will never return to this place. They don't deserve any of my, or anyone else's, hard earned money.‎

15 minutes....no way....I was there for over 2 hours !!!! Car did not pass and they could care less. Told to go get it fixed and try again. Go somewhere else..‎

The reviews are half true. It can take longer then 15 MINUTES. Get over it. The tech is a hard working man who trys TOO HARD to please EVERYONE. The absolute best place to get a smog check. This is a great shop, with a great knowledgeable staff. They explained everything in great detail and made sure that I understood the entire process. I found this shop because my sister recommended it to me. Even though I live more than 20 minutes away I will continue to come here. You won't find a better smog check experience anywhere in town! Fast, Friendly , and honest.

So i went to this place the other day with a buddy and it took longer than the time they said it would. 15 min is deff pushing it but they said it would take 25 and i was ok with that. it took an hour and i missed a very important appt.
