It appears that this place is "under new management" and just as everyone else has said, they will overcharge and rob you blind. You're better off parking somewhere else unless you enjoy giving your money away.‎

I've used this parking structure a few times in 2008/2009. For the $9/day I've paid, it's a bargain. The staff will even warn you "Don't forget your coupon". Don't be stupid and forget the coupon people! I've never waited more than 10 minutes on the shuttle(2-5 on average). Non-valet parking is the 3rd floor and up and I have never had to park on the roof. I'm sure their are better out there but not for the coupon price:)‎

I valet parked at their facility for a 2 night trip. When I came to pick up my car they informed me that my was completely DEAD and they had to jump it. When the valet pulled up I asked what happened he said the previous valet left the interior lights on and therefore drained the battery. I have a newer model luxury car and NEVER had problem w/ the battery until this incident. I filed a report with their claims company and the claims company denied the claim (I had to get a new battery the next day). Claims company said that the parking garage DENIED any wrong doing and said that ALL lights were turned off when they valet it. Keep in mind that I wasn't the one who witnessed the dead car and said that the interior lights were left on. Their OWN Valet guy said that. He being the only witness (I didn't accompany him to jump start the car) would be the only person in the world who knew what happened and that the valet drained my battery by leaving the interior lights on. I used this parking garage in July 07. When checking out they overcharged me significantly. Since then I have continually tried to resolve this issue with site management by: writing a letter explaining the problem, contacting them by phone 4 times and speaking with the manager who agree they were wrong and offered to mail me a check for the amount owed- and they never did! This has taken over 6 1/2 months and still no resolution.
