I've never written a review , but the service and work at this place was that good, that I decided to write my first one. A car accident left my car with its front bumper ripped off. I called to schedule an appointment. They were able to take my car immediately. For a really reasonable price they made my car look better than it did even before the crash. They buffed out tire marks, popped out dents and touched up scratches, as well as reattaching my front bumper. AND as a bonus, they cleaned my car! Inside and out! I was very happy with the result!

Singh , who owns the shop, is knowledgeable and friendly. He came highly recommended by Lee (of Lee's Auto Repair, also in Southie) and I am very happy I took my car to him! Also, it doesn't hurt that he's in walking distance since I didn't pay to get a rental car rider in my insurance. After a car slammed into our passenger door, I realized we were going to need to get that sucker fixed so we could open the window. Singh took a look and gave me an estimate, even showing me where in the pricing book his estimates came from. He gave me suggestions for how to keep the repairs cheaper, then asked me to consider using my insurance to pay for the repair. He knew my insurance company and the agent they would use to give the estimate and that made things really easy - I just submitted my claim and in 2 weeks I have a new door. My car is not in the best shape otherwise, and Victor generously buffed out some of the scratches in the car and gave me advice on how to make the scratches less noticeable. Overall, it was a good experience, I feel like he treated me fairly and honestly, and my car looks great - cleaned inside and out to boot

I have recently had my car repaired by 101 Auto Body and I am really impressed by the work they have done. My car had been in an accident and the door was completely smashed in. I took my car into 101 Auto Body the next day and they totally took care of me. I was given a new rental car on the spot that was totally covered by insurance, didn't cost me a thing. They replaced my car door, took out all the other dings/dents from the accident, painted it, and made it like new in a very timely manner. The quality of the work is top notch, this place really makes sure things are done right. From body work to paint, this shop by far does the best work in Bay Area. The service is excellent and everything is made super convenient. I would recommend 101 Auto Body to anyone without hesitation.

After nearly totalling my car, I was referred to 101 Auto Body Paint and decided to give it a try. They did an amazing job; my car came back looking and performing like it had never been in an accident. You couldn't ask for friendlier, more straight-talking service. I was recently in another (much smaller) accident and took my car back to 101 Auto Body Paint. Singh consulted me regarding how I wanted the repairs done, and again, the car came back looking amazing. In fact, it looked even better than before the accident - they took care of some dings and scratches that weren't even part of the original estimate at no additional cost! I really can't imagine a more positive car repair experience, and if I ever need repairs again I know exactly where I'm going.

Awesome place for body repair work: after my accident I was extremely upset and had no idea where to go for the repairs. A friend refered me 101 auto body and paint .
when I dropped off my vehicle I was greated by the nicest people ever.
when I picked up my car it look like new than the day I bought it. I hope I never get in an another accident but if I do I will definetly go back.
